These terms apply when you use Streamers Paradise, operated by Cards TCG Limited. By creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and private OBS URLs. Do not share them publicly. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of logos and content you upload. You confirm that you have permission to use them and grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the service.

Arcane and third parties

Arcane is a supported product within the platform. Streamers Paradise is not Arcane and does not control Arcane, marketplaces or their availability. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Availability

The service is currently an evolving product. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Always keep a practical backup scene for important broadcasts.

Acceptable use

Do not probe other users’ accounts, overload the service, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful content or use the platform to mislead viewers.

Ending use

You can delete workspace data from Account settings. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Contact admin@pokeutopia.com with questions or a full account-deletion request.
